The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the Israeli forces’ bombardment of various sites in Syria’s Homs and Latakia provinces, describing these attacks as a blatant violation of Syria’s sovereignty, a clear violation of international law, and a serious threat to regional security.

The ministry called on the international community to urgently act to prevent further escalation and tensions in the region, urging Israel to abide by international legitimacy and to end its repeated attacks on Syrian territory.

The ministry reaffirmed Qatar’s full support for Syria’s sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity, as well as the Syrian people’s aspirations for security and stability.
