Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

The Central Command of the Polish Armed Forces said in a statement on social media: "During today’s attack by the Russian Federation on targets in Ukraine, our airspace was repeatedly violated by drones. Operations to detect and neutralize these objects are ongoing. Weapons were used, and personnel are working to locate the downed objects."

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk confirmed in a post on platform X that Poland’s airspace had been repeatedly violated. He said he was in constant contact with the Ministry of Defense and was receiving direct reports from the army’s operational command.

Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz also said that Poland is in constant contact with NATO Central Command.

Earlier, the Ukrainian Air Force announced on Telegram that a group of Russian Shahed drones had flown outside Ukrainian airspace toward the Polish city of Zamość.

Many airports in Poland were closed to flights.
