NASA's First Crewed Flight
Washington, April 10 (Hibya) – The United States National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) announced that the Artemis II test flight will be the first crewed mission under NASA’s Artemis program.
According to a statement from NASA, the Artemis II test flight will be the first crewed mission under the Artemis program.
Astronauts boarding NASA’s Orion spacecraft for the first time will verify whether all the systems of the spacecraft function as designed in deep space with a crew onboard.
Through the Artemis program, NASA aims to send astronauts to the Moon to lay the groundwork for scientific discovery, economic benefits, and future crewed missions to Mars.
