Chancellor Merz announced that he had a phone call with the Emir of Qatar about the conflict between Iran and Israel.
He emphasized that Iran’s nuclear program threatens regional security and stability, saying, “We agreed: the conflict must not escalate. Space for diplomatic efforts must be preserved.”
