President Zelensky announced that he held a comprehensive meeting with the military leadership.

He stated that the agenda included action plans, preparations to respond to Russian attacks, and preventive measures, saying: “This especially means increasing production of domestically made drones and missiles.”

Zelensky said that they are preparing new agreements with European partners in the near future, adding:

“These agreements aim to attract investment into production in Ukraine, particularly for unmanned systems and long-range capabilities — everything needed to maintain control at the front line, protect our soldiers' lives, and conduct operations from long distances.”

Zelensky emphasized that their goal is to respond symmetrically to all Russian threats and stated: “Russia must feel the consequences of its actions against Ukraine — and they will.”
