Istanbul, April 22 (Hibya) – Precious metals showed an upward trend in global markets during the day.

The price of gold per ounce rose by 1.13% to 4,772.70, while silver gained 1.91% to reach 77.95.
Among base metals, copper prices also increased by 0.53% to 6.0425.
Among other precious metals, platinum rose by 1.59% to 2,073.20, while palladium increased by 1.84% to 1,569.00.
Thus, an overall upward trend was observed in the precious metals group.
