Ukrainian President Zelensky met with von der Leyen
Kyiv, September 10 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that during his meeting with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, he thanked her for the State of the Union speech and the clear message regarding €6 billion for drone production in Ukraine.
Zelensky said: “We must find more ways to use frozen Russian assets for the benefit of Ukraine.”
He added: “Ursula informed me about the joint work with American partners on strengthening sanctions against Russia. We also discussed the issue of supporting Ukrainian children.”
