U.S. President Donald Trump announced the death of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. Stating that no one in the U.S. understood the hearts of young people better than he did, Trump said the following about Kirk:
"Charlie was loved and appreciated by everyone, especially by me, and now he is no longer with us. Melania and I send our condolences to his wonderful wife Erika and his family. Charlie, we love you."
