Sybiha: Russia is conducting a large-scale disinformation campaign in Europe
Kyiv, October 6 (Hibya) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha claimed that Russia is conducting a large-scale disinformation campaign across Europe under the slogan “Russia is not my enemy.”
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha claimed that Russia is running a new disinformation campaign across Europe, saying Moscow’s intensive efforts to promote this message reflected its concerns about perceptions in Europe.
Sybiha recalled that Russian officials repeatedly stated in 2021 and early 2022 that they had no plans to attack Ukraine, adding that Moscow’s denial of plans to attack other European countries should also be assessed carefully.
Calling on allied countries to increase pressure on Russia and strengthen support for Ukraine, Sybiha said Russian President Vladimir Putin must be prevented from carrying out his plans.
