Guterres: United Nations stands with the people of Pakistan
Islamabad, October 6 (Hibya) - United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said the United Nations stands with the people of Pakistan, highlighting their resilience and determination to build a better future.
United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said in a statement on Pakistan that for more than 20 years, and through the various roles he had held, he had seen the country as a source of solidarity and solutions.
Guterres said the resilience of the Pakistani people and their determination to build a better future had always stood out, adding that the United Nations stands with the people of Pakistan.
Thanking the people of Pakistan for the support they have given to the world, Guterres emphasized the country’s role in fostering solidarity and providing solutions.
