Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni shared details of the plan aimed at revitalizing the housing market and emphasized the importance of cooperation with the private sector.

Providing information about the targeted figures, Meloni said, “The minimum target we aim to achieve with the Housing Plan is to provide 100,000 homes within 10 years. This target already includes the share guaranteed through state and local government intervention, as well as a conservative estimate of the number of affordable housing units to be built by private individuals.”

Highlighting the multiplier effect of the plan on the economy, Meloni stated, “However, it is clear that the cornerstone of the Plan is precisely private sector support. We have established mechanisms that will activate this multiplier without burdening public resources and that will create a balanced mix of market investment and citizen response, fostering a positive cycle in terms of investment, employment, consumption, and GDP.”

Referring to other European capitals as examples, Meloni concluded her remarks by saying, “This is not very different from what has been successfully achieved in other countries and European capitals such as Amsterdam, Vienna, Paris, or London. If they managed to do it abroad, why shouldn’t we?”
