Spain’s Foreign Minister, Jose Manuel Albares, emphasized that Spain is on Ukraine’s side.

Albares claimed that while Ukraine continues its global efforts for peace and maintains an open stance toward negotiation, Russia responds every week with more attacks, more deaths, and more terror. “We once again condemn this senseless aggression and the continuous violations of international humanitarian law. We will never accept a Europe where power and impunity impose their own rules. Aggression must not be rewarded. Spain stands with Ukraine. We continue to support peace efforts for a just and lasting solution in accordance with the principles of the UN Charter.”
