In a social media post, Sybiha described the statements of Finnish Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen, Maltese Deputy Prime Minister Ian Borg, and Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis as “principled and resolute.”

Sybiha recalled that the Troika had called on Russia to halt its attacks, end its war of aggression, and accept an unconditional ceasefire just as Ukraine had done, emphasizing that such a position contributes to peace in Europe.

“Every indiscriminate attack must be met with increased pressure on Moscow,” Sybiha said. “Restoring peace in Europe and renewed respect for the Helsinki Final Act is only possible through resolve and by holding Russia accountable.”
