Sybiha: We discussed defense cooperation with the United States
Kyiv, July 10 (Hibya) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha discussed strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities and air defense with Michael McCaul, Honorary Chairman of the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee.

Sybiha thanked McCaul for his steadfast support for Ukraine and for being the first member of the U.S. Congress to visit the front line during the war.
The meeting focused on bipartisan support for Ukraine in the U.S. Congress, strengthening Ukraine's air defense, and increasing sanctions against Russia.
Sybiha also stated that following the meeting between President Volodymyr Zelensky and U.S. President Donald Trump in Ankara, they reviewed defense cooperation between Ukraine and the United States, particularly in the fields of air defense systems and unmanned aerial vehicles.
