Lahbib: Our humanitarian aid system is being tested
Brussels, May 20 (Hibya) – European Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness, and Crisis Management Hadja Lahbib said that the EU has become one of the world’s largest donors this year by increasing aid to €2.3 billion.
Lahbib noted that the EU’s humanitarian aid system is being tested.
She said, “We are taking responsibility,” emphasizing that the EU has raised aid to €2.3 billion this year and become a major global donor.
