Israeli Foreign Ministry: UNRWA is a stain on the United Nations
Jerusalem, July 20 (Hibya) – The Israeli Foreign Ministry stated that the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) is a stain on the United Nations.
The Ministry announced that since the beginning of the war, approximately two million tons of humanitarian aid and over 95,000 aid-loaded trucks have entered Gaza through Israel, 4,400 of which were delivered in just the last two months.
The statement added: "Currently, 700 trucks are waiting for the UN to come and pick them up. UNRWA’s campaign of lies is meant to cover up something else: UNRWA has become a base for Hamas terrorists, and its employees actively participated in the October 7 massacre. UNRWA is a stain on the United Nations."
