Zelenski: 2 people died in the attack
Kyiv, July 21 (Hibya) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenski reported that rescue and emergency operations continue in cities and settlements following the Russian attack.
President Zelenski stated that rescue and emergency operations continue in cities and settlements after the Russian attack. He also noted damage in Kyiv and its surroundings, as well as in the Kharkiv and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.
Zelenski reported that attack drones were detected over the Sumi, Khmelnytskyi, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Poltava, and Kherson regions, and added:
"Russian attacks are always an attack on humanity; a kindergarten, residential buildings, and other civilian infrastructure caught fire in Kyiv. Ordinary apartments in Kharkiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and the region were damaged. Fifteen people were injured, the youngest being a 12-year-old boy. Two people died in the attack.
Russia launched more than 20 missiles overnight, including over 420 drones and ballistic missiles. Waves of attacks continued throughout the night and lasted until morning."
