Highlighting Europe’s response to current risks, Costa said: “We support Ukraine in defending itself against Russian aggression. We play an active role in achieving lasting peace in the Middle East.”
Listing the goals of strengthening the Union’s economic resilience and future planning, Costa concluded: “We protect our citizens and companies from economic shocks. And we are laying the groundwork for an ambitious long-term EU budget.”
