Anand: Canada's goods exports reached $77.5 billion in June

Anand said goods exports reached a record 77.5 billion Canadian dollars in June. She noted that the increase in exports contributed to a trade surplus of 3.9 billion Canadian dollars.
Anand stated that goods exports recorded their strongest quarterly growth since 2020. She said rising demand supports production, attracts investment and creates new opportunities across different areas of the economy.
She noted that Canada will continue to diversify its trade and expand access to the markets Canadian companies need to grow.
