Zelensky: Russian army preparing for more attacks
Kyiv, June 6 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that despite the “chatter” at the negotiation table and in the media, the Russian army is preparing for further attacks and a possible escalation of the war.
President Zelensky announced that he received reports from his teams regarding the visit and meetings held in the United States.
He noted that the meeting addressed defensive support for Ukraine, sanctions against Russia, diplomatic opportunities, the defense of freedom, and combating Russian disinformation. Zelensky stated:
"We provided our partners with a detailed assessment of the true intentions of the Russian leadership. Despite the chatter at the negotiation table and in the media, the Russian army is preparing for further attacks and the possible expansion of the war. We also provided information about the capabilities of Russia’s military-industrial complex and the revenues from oil and other resources that must be restricted in the name of peace."
