Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky congratulated first responders on their professional holiday.

Zelensky said Ukraine's State Emergency Service is a strong, courageous and professional system.

Stating that the service operates in a well-organized manner and provides reliable protection for the Ukrainian people, Zelensky said the institution employs 56,000 professionals, more than 10,000 of whom are women.

Zelensky said these are people who care about the problems of others and serve the public, describing their work as “an extraordinary service to goodness and humanity.”

Zelensky said that since the start of the full-scale war, around 1,000 first responders have been honored with Ukrainian state awards, while 6 first responders have received the Gold Star of Hero of Ukraine.

Zelensky noted that 2 of them received the award posthumously.

In his post, Zelensky called for all first responders who lost their lives while protecting the lives of others to be remembered.

Zelensky said, “Thank you for saving lives and saving our people! Glory to Ukraine!”
