Uzbekistan and the US reaffirm commitment to strengthening strategic partnership
Tashkent, August 4 (Hibya) – Uzbekistan's Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov met with US President's Special Representative for South and Central Asia Ambassador Sergio Gor in New Delhi. The two sides discussed bilateral relations, cooperation in the C5+1 format, and regional developments.

Following the meeting, Saidov said that the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and the United States continues to develop steadily across all areas.
The talks focused on strengthening high-level dialogue, priority areas of bilateral cooperation, and expanding joint initiatives.
The two sides also exchanged views on cooperation in the C5+1 format between the Central Asian countries and the United States, preparations for upcoming joint events, and regional and international developments.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Uzbekistan and the United States reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining an open and trust-based dialogue and further expanding bilateral cooperation.
