Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

United Nations (UN) Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator Tom Fletcher announced that he had allocated $6 million from the UN Central Emergency Response Fund (CERF) to Madagascar, which is at risk of an El Niño-induced drought.

United Nations (UN) Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator Tom Fletcher warned in a statement of severe drought in the southern part of Madagascar (Grand Sud).

Fletcher said severe dry weather conditions linked to El Niño are expected in the region, adding that this poses a serious threat of deterioration in food security.
