UN: Attacks put women and children at great risk
New York, May 9 (Hibya) – The United Nations (UN) has stated that the attacks in Gaza are putting women and children at great risk.
The UN reported that no healthcare facility providing maternity and newborn care in Gaza is operating at full capacity.
In its statement, the UN said: "Ongoing attacks and the blockade of aid are putting women and children at great risk. The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) is working to meet their needs, but humanitarian access is critical to saving lives."
