UAE Spokesperson: Infrastructure attacks threaten food and water security
Abu Dhabi, April 7 (Hibya) – UAE Prime Minister’s Advisor and Ministry of Foreign Affairs Spokesperson Dr. Majed Al Ansari stated that attacks on critical infrastructure since the start of the war have put the country at risk.
Al Ansari said during the weekly press briefing that attacks on critical infrastructure since the beginning of the war have left the country in a vulnerable position.
Dr. Al Ansari emphasized that these attacks pose serious risks to food security, water security, and environmental security, adding: “We are at the threshold of these threats and hope we can remain at this point and step back toward a safer environment.”
The spokesperson expressed hope that no further escalation would occur and stated that the UAE continues its efforts to maintain stability and reduce threats.
