Trump stated, “They very much want to make a deal. So far, they have not been able to do it. We are not happy about that, but we will be, or we will have to finish the job.”
Pointing out that the negotiations are progressing with difficulty, Trump commented, “They are negotiating out of breath, but we will see what happens.”
