Tajani: Italy’s foreign trade figures continue to grow
Turin, April 29 (Hibya) – Italy’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani attended the export conference and the opening of the new SIMEST office in Turin.
Italy’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani made a statement regarding the country’s export performance and targets.
Referring to economic data, Tajani said: “Despite wars, tariffs, and rising energy prices, Italy’s foreign trade figures continue to grow. In March alone, exports outside the EU increased by 3.1 percent compared to the previous month, reaching a 4.5 percent increase compared to March 2025.”
Emphasizing the results of the ongoing efforts, Tajani stated: “These remarkable figures are the result of our strategic export plan. Together with all Italian embassies around the world and the country system, we continue our commitment to promoting the internationalization and exports of Italian companies.”
