Tajani: ECB’s decision to cut interest rates is a good one
Rome, June 5 (Hibya) – Italy’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani welcomed the European Central Bank’s (ECB) decision to cut interest rates.
Tajani stated that the ECB’s decision to lower interest rates is a positive one, saying: “Reducing the cost of money promotes economic growth and supports families and businesses.”
The European Central Bank reduced its deposit interest rate from 2.25% to 2%.
