Sybiha: Russia’s promises to Kenya were nothing but outright lies
Kyiv, April 24 (Hibya) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha addressed Russia’s stance on international agreements and African countries.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha stated that Moscow’s promises do not reflect reality and that this should serve as a lesson for the entire continent.
Assessing Russia’s position, Sybiha said, "Another sad lesson on how Russia ‘respects’ agreements. The promises made to Kenya were nothing but outright lies."
Calling on African governments to take action, Sybiha stated, "It is time not only for Kenya but also for other governments in Africa to recognize this and take decisive action against illegal recruitment, instead of seeking favors from Moscow."
