Uzbekistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Saidov expressed his pleasure at meeting the UK Minister for Investment, Lord Jason Stockwood, in London.

Saidov stated that they discussed opportunities to expand bilateral cooperation in industry, energy, infrastructure, agriculture, critical minerals, healthcare, and digital technologies. “We signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of healthcare. This document provides a solid foundation for developing pharmaceutical production capacities in Uzbekistan and establishing deeper cooperation,” he said.

Saidov noted that these initiatives serve as an important platform for sustainable economic growth, responsible cooperation, and further strengthening mutual relations between Uzbekistan and the United Kingdom.
