New York, July 16 (Hibya) - U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Civil Nuclear Cooperation (NCMOU) with Bahrain’s Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani.
