Putin: Kyiv regime violated ceasefire and moratorium proposals
Moscow, May 13 (Hibya) – Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed that the Kyiv regime violated the 30-day moratorium on attacks against energy facilities 130 times and broke the Easter ceasefire process nearly 5,000 times.
Putin also stated that Kyiv gave no response to Russia's ceasefire proposal for Victory Day.
