Lisbon, May 2 (Hibya) - Portuguese Foreign Minister Paulo Rangel strongly condemned the attack on a French Catholic clergyman in Jerusalem.

Rangel described the attack as a “barbaric aggression” and strongly condemned it.
In his statement, he noted that acts based on religious hatred are becoming increasingly frequent, emphasizing that such attacks are unacceptable and must be punished in a deterrent manner.
