Metsola: Cooperation between the EU and the United Kingdom should be strengthened
Brussels, October 7 (Hibya) - European Parliament President Roberta Metsola discussed strengthening relations between the European Union and the United Kingdom with UK Minister for European Relations Hamish Falconer.
European Parliament President Roberta Metsola met with UK Minister for European Relations Hamish Falconer at the European Parliament.
Metsola said the meeting focused on building on the progress achieved in relations between the European Union and the United Kingdom and on making the two sides closer partners.
She said stronger cooperation would benefit people, economies and shared security.
