Macron: We stand for peace together with Ukraine and our partners
Paris, September 7 (Hibya) – French President Emmanuel Macron stated that Russia attacked Ukraine overnight with hundreds of drones and missiles, targeting civilians and government centers.
Macron announced that Russia carried out attacks overnight on Ukraine with hundreds of drones and a dozen missiles. He noted that the attacks included residential areas and government centers.
Macron offered his condolences to the victims and their families, emphasizing solidarity with Ukraine and its people.
He said: “We stand for peace together with Ukraine and our partners. Russia, however, is sinking deeper into the logic of war and terror. By standing with Ukraine, we will continue to do everything we can to achieve a just and lasting peace.”
