Macron meets with Azerbaijani President Aliyev
Paris, May 21 (Hibya) - French President Emmanuel Macron stated that he held a meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, reaffirming France’s support for the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan and the importance of continuing this process.

Referring to the focus of the meeting, Macron said, “I reiterated France’s support for the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan and the importance of maintaining the process.”
Addressing regional developments as well, President Macron concluded his statement by saying, “We also discussed regional issues and the potential for developing our bilateral relations.”
