IDF: Strikes carried out on nuclear and military facilities in Iran
Jerusalem, March 28 (Hibya) - The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that in strikes carried out in three different regions of Iran, facilities linked to the nuclear weapons program and weapons production centers were targeted.
The IDF stated that more than 50 Israeli Air Force aircraft conducted simultaneous strikes in three separate regions of Iran under the direction of military intelligence.
Among the targets were the Arak Heavy Water Facility, considered critical for nuclear weapons production; a special facility in Yazd where explosives used in uranium enrichment are produced; military industrial sites where various types of weapons are manufactured; a facility affiliated with Iran’s Ministry of Defense used for the production and development of advanced explosives,
as well as centers producing components for ballistic missiles and air defense systems.
