Fletcher: US funding supported more than 20 million people this year
New York, September 18 (Hibya) - United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs Tom Fletcher said US funding had provided life-saving support to more than 20 million people this year as part of humanitarian aid efforts.
United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs Tom Fletcher announced that ahead of the United Nations General Assembly, he met with Andrew Veprek, US Under Secretary of State for Foreign Assistance, Humanitarian Affairs and Religious Freedom.
Fletcher said US funding had provided life-saving support to more than 20 million people this year through coordinated humanitarian aid efforts.
