European markets close higher
Istanbul, September 17 (Hibya) - European stock indices ended the day higher, outperforming global markets.
Germany's DAX rose 0.53 percent to 25,537.75 points, while France's CAC 40 gained 0.62 percent, the UK's FTSE 100 increased 0.28 percent and Portugal's PSI index advanced 1.00 percent. The Euro Stoxx 50 gained 0.57 percent to reach 6,271.95 points.
