Dar: Pakistan remains committed to dialogue and diplomacy
Islamabad, June 27 (Hibya) – Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar emphasized dialogue and diplomacy for regional peace and stability during a phone call with UK Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper.
Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with UK Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper.
During the call, Yvette Cooper expressed appreciation for Pakistan's continued efforts to promote regional peace and stability and highlighted the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding signed between the United States and Iran through Pakistan's mediation.
Dar stated that Pakistan remains committed to promoting dialogue, diplomacy, and constructive engagement among all parties.
The two sides also agreed to remain in close contact.
