Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys reacted to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s statement that he wants the war to end through negotiations.

Budrys argued that Russia is trying to mislead the world in order to avoid additional sanctions on the Kremlin’s war machine and economy, noting that Russian missile and drone attacks continue to cause civilian deaths in Ukraine.

Budrys said that at least 11 civilians were killed and around 100 people were injured in the latest attack on the Odesa region, adding that a five-month-old baby was among the injured.

Budrys said that Putin and his statements should not be trusted, calling for more weapons to be provided to Ukraine and for additional sanctions to be imposed on Russia and its supporters.

Emphasizing that Ukraine is going through a difficult period but is not alone, Budrys said that Lithuania and other international partners would continue to support Ukraine.
