Barrack: These attacks are unacceptable
Ankara, August 17 (Hibya) - US Ambassador to Ankara Tom Barrack condemned the attack targeting Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Prime Minister Masoud Barzani and his office in Erbil.
US Ambassador to Ankara Tom Barrack said in a statement that the attack represented an unacceptable threat to the United States' Kurdish allies and posed a direct risk to regional stability.
Barrack said the United States would not tolerate such attacks and noted that they support Iraqi Prime Minister Ali al-Zeidi's leadership in restoring the country's sovereignty and ensuring that all weapons and security forces are under the authority of the Iraqi state.
