Araghchi: Iran continues its multilateral engagement in good faith
Tehran, May 27 (Hibya) – Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi stated that Iran continues its multilateral engagement with the UK and other European participants of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) in good faith.
Araghchi said that although the United States has shown no interest in joining the current negotiation process, Iran continues its multilateral engagement with the UK and other European JCPOA participants in good faith.
“If the UK’s position is zero enrichment in Iran – that contradicts the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and the UK’s own commitments as a JCPOA signatory – then there is nothing left to discuss regarding nuclear matters,” Araghchi said.
