Zakharova: Russia strongly condemns actions resembling piracy
Moscow, April 17 (Hibya) – Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated that Estonia has enacted changes granting its navy the authority to use force against foreign ships, and emphasized that Russia strongly condemns actions resembling piracy.
Zakharova noted that Estonia has implemented amendments allowing its navy to use force against foreign vessels.
She stated, “Russia strongly condemns actions resembling piracy. The powers granted to the Estonian Navy go far beyond the scope of international law.”
