Havana, April 3 (Hibya) - Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez announced that messages against the US embargo were delivered during a youth march organized as part of April 4 events.
Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez made a statement regarding the youth marches held in the country as part of April 4 events.
Bermudez stated that ahead of the anniversary of the Jose Marti Pioneers Organization and the Union of Young Communists, young people participated in the “anti-imperialist youth march” held in streets and squares.
The statement noted that the marches criticized the US embargo and emphasized human dignity and the right to life. It was reported that Cuban flags were carried in convoys organized with bicycles and tricycles, sending a message to the international community.
Bermudez extended his congratulations to all Cubans celebrating April 4.
