Brussels, June 30 (Hibya) - European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said Denmark is the first EU member state to complete the NextGenerationEU plan.
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen provided information on investments under the European Union's (EU) post-pandemic economic recovery program and Denmark's leadership in the green and digital transitions.
Highlighting the significance of this achievement, von der Leyen said: "Denmark is the first member state to complete the NextGenerationEU plan. Your success is a signal for Europe."
Emphasizing Denmark's investment priorities, von der Leyen concluded: "With an investment of €1.63 billion in clean transport, energy efficiency and digital transformation, Denmark is leading the way."
