Warsaw, November 7 (Hibya) – Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha stated that European security should be based not on cooperation with Russia over spheres of influence, but on reliable protection against threats from Russia.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha shared his assessments of Europe's security architecture at the Ministerial Meeting of the Council of the Baltic Sea States.
In a social media post, the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs quoted Sybiha as saying, "Russia is not and cannot be a guarantor of European security."

In a post about his participation in the meeting in Warsaw, Sybiha stated that no decisions about Ukraine could be made without Ukraine, and no decisions about Europe's security could be made without Europe.
