Prime Minister Svyrydenko stated that France continues to support Ukraine with determination, both through urgent military aid and long-term economic cooperation.

She noted that she held a working meeting in Kyiv with French Minister Jean-Noël Barrot, and said: “During our meeting, we discussed military assistance, joint arms production, economic recovery, sanctions policies, and long-term cooperation.”

Svyrydenko pointed out that France will allocate an additional 200 million euros starting in 2026 to support Ukraine’s critical infrastructure and economy, adding: “The previous program saw three times more demand—this demonstrates strong interest in joint projects between Ukrainian and French companies.”
