Qatar strongly condemns the attacks in Oman
Doha, March 1 (Hibya) - Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the Iranian attacks targeting the Duqm commercial port in the Sultanate of Oman and an oil tanker off its coast.
The Ministry described the attacks as a violation of the Sultanate’s sovereignty, an unacceptable escalation, and a cowardly targeting of a country that plays an active mediating role in promoting constructive dialogue between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the international community to de-escalate the crisis and resolve outstanding issues.
The Ministry reaffirmed Qatar’s full solidarity with all measures taken by the Sultanate of Oman to safeguard its sovereignty, security, and stability.
