Istanbul, August 12 (Hibya) – Precious metals showed a positive trend in global commodity markets.

Gold was trading at $4,460.40 an ounce, gaining 0.43 percent. Silver rose 0.94 percent to $65.545.
Industrial metals also moved higher. Copper rose 0.45 percent to $6.664, while platinum gained 0.65 percent to $1,766.30. Palladium rose 0.34 percent and traded at $1,374.50.
Thus, all of the precious and industrial metals being tracked recorded gains. Silver posted the strongest increase at 0.94 percent.
